Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms
You agree to these Terms of Service (the Terms) by creating a Palistr account or by using the Palistr platform, which includes the web app, public booking pages, and the queue service. If you use Palistr on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.
In these Terms, Palistr, we, and us mean the company operating the platform. You means the account holder.
Who can sign up
You must be at least 18 years old, or act with the consent of a parent or guardian. The business you register must be real, and the details you provide at signup must be accurate.
Your account and security
Keep your login credentials secret and use a strong password. You are responsible for everything done on your account, so tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Do not create multiple free accounts to get around limits or to restart a trial.
Trial and billing
New tenants start on a free, full-platform trial with no card required. The current trial length is 90 days. When a trial ends without an upgrade, the account turns read only: you can still view and export your data, but writes are blocked.
The base plan covers the core platform. SMS credits and custom domains are add-ons sold separately at the prices shown in the app. Subscription payments are processed by PayMongo, our payment provider.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You can export clients, appointments, payments, and more from inside the app at any time. We do not sell your data or your clients' data.
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including which processors we use and how long we keep it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Palistr to break the law, record fraudulent or unauthorized charges, send spam, harass anyone, or disrupt the service. Do not attempt to access another tenant's data.
We may suspend an account that violates these rules.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, and your own connection can interrupt access.
Support runs through the in-app Help section and by replying to emails we send you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The platform is provided as is and as available, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will meet every need of your business.
Where the law permits, our total liability for any claim relating to Palistr is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Suspension and cancellation
You can close your account at any time, and you are encouraged to export your data first. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or presents a security risk.
When an account closes, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are surfaced in the app or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect counts as acceptance of the updated Terms.
